GetArrivalCard.com ("we", "our", "the site") respects your privacy. This policy explains what little data we handle, how cookies and advertising work here, and the choices you have.
When you fill in the arrival-card form (flight number, hotel, arrival date), the card is created entirely inside your own browser. These details are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers. Close the tab and they are gone. We built it this way on purpose — your travel plans are yours.
We do not require accounts, names, or email addresses to use the site. If you email us (for a correction, a city request, or an advertising enquiry), we receive your email address and message, and use it only to reply to you. If you vote for a city, your vote is sent to our hosting provider's form service (Netlify) so we can count it — no name or email is attached unless you choose to add one.
Like most websites, we may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand overall traffic — page views, approximate country, device type, and referral source. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
We display advertising from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to:
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can control or turn off personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and at www.aboutads.info/choices.
Our cards link to third-party services (for example Google Maps and official government pages). Those services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for their practices.
We do not maintain user accounts or personal databases. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. The site is served over HTTPS.
The site is a general-audience travel utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA, or Singapore under PDPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Since we collect essentially no personal data beyond emails you voluntarily send, exercising these rights usually just means asking us to delete your email thread — contact us and we will.
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, when new features launch). The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
