Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Welcome to GetArrivalCard.com. These terms are written in plain English because the people who use this site are travellers, not lawyers. By using the site you agree to them.

What this site does

GetArrivalCard.com creates a free, printable arrival card for the airport you are landing at — emergency numbers, transport prices, money tips, SIM advice, local phrases, and our Top 5 places and dishes. The card is generated entirely inside your own browser. Nothing you type is uploaded to us or stored anywhere except on your own device.

Free for personal use

Honest information, not advice

Every card is researched by hand and carries its verification date. But prices, rules, opening hours, visa policies and transport schedules change without notice — sometimes the day after we check them. Always confirm critical details (visas, prices, hours) with the official source before you travel. Our cards are a helpful companion, not legal, visa, immigration, safety or financial advice. Your decision to travel and what you do there is yours.

Advertising and sponsors

The site is free because it is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and by kind sponsors. Advertisements are paid placements — their presence does not mean we endorse the advertiser, and advertisers do not influence the content of our cards. We never accept payment to change a fact on a card.

External links

Cards and pages link to official sources, maps and third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

No warranties

The site and cards are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, missed flight, fine, or inconvenience arising from the use of the site or a card.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
